
Netwave Interactive Marketing, Inc. was started in 1993 as a full-service advertising agency. Then, the Internet came along and changed advertising as we know it. Recognizing its potential, the company got into the game early, in 1995 – they have been designing forward-thinking sites and applications ever since. Netwave Interactive Marketing, Inc. to date has developed more than 500 web sites.

Dave McIndoe, president, founder
Dave McIndoe is a graduate of New York University and has served in numerous senior executive positions for international consulting and market research organizations. His client experience ranges from international giants such as Sony, IBM and BASF, to local retailers, B2B service organizations and numerous financial institutions.. He has formed and developed three successful marketing, consulting and retailing organizations over the past 20 years. He attributes his success to a three-tiered service philosophy: Help clients develop sound and reasonable marketing and business strategies; work closely with the clients to enact those strategies; oversee a talented staff of specialists to provide the latest technologies in a cost efficient manner.
Dave’s been doing his marketing thing for more than 30 years, running agencies and building corporate marketing staffs. When he’s not at client sites, he’s on the tennis court where he recently was part of a national champion World Team Tennis team.

Melissa Hindle, account executive
Melissa Hindle began with Netwave Interactive by managing office production and has advanced to account service. Always willing to listen to clients’ needs, Melissa is able to translate their ideas into reality. She is well versed in email marketing, online advertising and conceptual website development, as well as traditional advertising.
Melissa holds a B.A. in Anthropology from Rutgers University, graduating with high honors and an M.A. in Teaching from Monmouth University. She is a certified teacher for grades K-5 and 5-8, Social Studies and Science.
Melissa’s favorite color is green. One of her outside passions is the environment.

Adam McIndoe, account executive / seo specialist
With a passion for SEO and an eye for detail, Adam is the biggest reason our clients see a sharp increase in their website traffic. He developed his skills at ICMediaDirect in Manhattan, overseeing the SEO campaigns of numerous Fortune 500 clients. At Netwave Interactive, he manages all our SEO projects including global chemical giant BASF and regional health care provider Meridian Health. He has also written for ConnectThru, a well-respected online marketing newsletter in New York. He holds a marketing degree from Montclair University and has effortlessly assumed an account manager role for clients such as Spirits Unlimited, Cordero Group and Perlmutter Family Shop Rites. He is particularly adept at understanding the unique sales requirements of our many B2B clients, often combining multiple marketing tactics with SEO and Pay Per Click programs to generate quantifiable results.

Amanda Kerekes, production coordinator
Amanda Kerekes manages client projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficient communications, detail-oriented ad trafficking and seamless production. A creative thinker, she heads up our web production department, mastering the very difficult task of balancing creative appeal with technical function. She brings the same passion and attention to detail to a basic six page site as she does to a massive e-commerce site. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Monmouth University, with a concentration in Marketing and Management.
Besides making sure nothing leaves here without a thorough quality control check, she is our party planning chairwoman, who bakes a fantastic cupcake and never forgets a birthday.

Adam Baldwin, lead programmer
Adam is constantly learning cutting edge technologies and frameworks which enables us to provide the most complete and up-to-date solutions for our clients. A graduate of University of the Arts in Savannah, GA he is equally adept at building complex eCommerce sites, web applications or content management systems. Most importantly, he functions as a systems analyst, understanding client needs, then designing a web-based solution. In the past few months alone, he has written a sales tracking tool, an extendable CMS program, a dynamic mortgage web site and a custom shopping cart program
Besides possessing great programming skills, Adam also has excellent people skills. He’s not too bad on the slopes either.

Gary Hodgetts, creative director / art director
Gary Hodgetts leads the creative team, providing creative insight and designing advertising and promotional material for a varied industrial and consumer client list. He has a distinguished professional background including design experience at a Bozell Worldwide, a Manhattan agency. Hodgetts is an expert in using Quark, Photoshop and Illustrator to devise creative visual solutions to our clients’ greatest marketing challenges. He is a graduate of Pratt Institute in NYC.
Gary can adapt his skills to all sorts of situations, including a right handed layup—even though he is left-handed!

Erin Whitney, graphic artist / assistant creative director
Erin Whitney brings creativity and insight to a diverse range of client projects across numerous industries. Skilled in the full suite of design programs, including Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop, QuarkXpress, Dreamweaver, and Flash, she designs eye-catching display ads, brochures, posters, billboards, newsletters and logos. Whitney earned her B.F.A. in Graphic Design at Georgian Court University.
Erin is the true Jersey Shore girl. She’s grown up here, spends her free time boating on the bay and has yet to be stumped on Ocean County facts and figures.

Jon Faronea, new media communications manager
Jon Faronea has an Advertising degree from Rowan University and plays a pivotal role in developing and executing media strategies for younger demographics. Jon has literally grown up with social media. He helps manage multiple social media accounts for our clients across many industries. He is also the social media voice for NetWave Interactive. Using tools such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, blogs, and Foursquare, he is able to connect the brand with the consumer on an informal yet effective way. Recognizing the lack of understanding many people have of new media, Jon has also become an excellent teacher of social media skills, helping clients learn which social tools work best for them and how to develop social networking skills.
Jon really blends business with pleasure. His work with our liquor retailers and restaurants blends perfectly with his love of craft beers.

Kim Galli, search engine optimization consultant
Kim Galli is a core member of the Search Engine Optimization team, driving traffic to client websites through strategic SEO practices. An expert in paid and organic search, Galli develops and executes paid search plans with an emphasis on results. To achieve that aim, she manages campaigns, generates reporting and assists clients in exceeding their objectives. Galli has more than eight years of experience in SEO and online marketing. She received a B.A. in Communications from Simmons College.
Kim is the unofficial mayor of Point Pleasant. She knows practically everyone in town and is the pleasant voice you hear when you call us.

Alice Lexa, controller
Alice has a BS in Finance from Florida State University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Monmouth University and is a Certified Cash Manager. She worked as a Financial Analyst in the Strategic Business Unit of Prudential for 10 years before joining Netwave Interactive Marketing, Inc. Alice manages our financial, human resource, insurance, and business logistics. She is an expert in the use of Excel as a valuable tool for financial analysis and reporting, particularly in regard to the export and manipulation of information exported from Quickbooks software.
Alice is our nominee for controller/mom of the year. In addition to balancing our books, she also balances a busy home life shuttling her two active school age children.

Deborah Smith, social networking director
Deborah Smith is one of the leading social networking experts in the country. She began employing email groups and online message boards as marketing and networking tools well before the term “Social Media” was ever conceived. She founded Parents With Nannies, Inc., a 10 year old company which operates a network of eCommerce websites and, in 2008, She is also the creator and executive director of a very successful food blog called New Jersey Bites, which welcomes over 5000 visitors per month. Deb runs numerous seminars and training sessions for Netwave Interactive, helping our clients understand which social networking tools work best for them; then teaching them how to implement those tools.
Deb is an entrepreneur with a capital E. She always has at least four enterprises going simultaneously.
Michael Anthony, consultant
Michael Anthony is an entrepreneur who has founded several businesses and has held executive positions in the technology and consulting industries. His experience includes ADP, Computer Sciences Corporation. Computer Associates, RONIN Corporation and Shutterfly. Throughout his career, Michael has demonstrated the value of effective marketing as a means of reinforcing the brand and increasing direct sales. He developed a proprietary personalization process that uses data point variables to automatically tailor marketing messages to an individual or buying segment. Michael holds a BA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is also a published author.
When Michael’s not with clients he’s in the studio, where he is an artist, jewelry designer and very talented photographer.
Diana Meltzer, consultant
Diana runs 3Eye Research, a market research and strategic consulting firm that has worked with Netwave Interactive for more than 10 years. Diana’s forte is multilingual, multicultural market research for Fortune 100 Companies. Her financial services research background has been particularly helpful for our banking clients as they look to refine their brand image, expand markets and identify consumer trends.
Joe Verderosa, owner of green rose media
Joe Verderosa runs Green Rose Media and is a frequent contributor to Netwave Interactives video projects. He has filmed and edited numerous client commercials, produced training videos for our client staffs and serves as the producer of many of our video blog series. In addition to having a full production studio in his Bayville offices he is extremely mobile. Joe will set up in our video conference room for our more complex video shoots or will film on location at many of our client facilities.
Joe literally carries a monocle with him so he can visualize how a scene will appear on video.
